Wedding Package

  • $3,000 — includes all taxes and fees.

    $750 deposit is required upon booking

  • 8 hours of wedding day coverage

  • Anything within an hour of the Minneapolis metro is included in your wedding package. All driving beyond an hour will be billed at $65/hr.

    I require a hotel stay for any venues that have a 2+ hour drive one way from Minneapolis for the evening of the wedding. (With the exception of Madison, WI where I will happily stay with my family at no extra charge to you.)

    For destination weddings and celebrations outside the Midwest, please reach out for a quote!

 Working with Sam

Wedding days are an incredible milestone in any couple’s journey, and I feel so fortunate to document that celebration of love! As a classically trained fine art photographer with a BFA in photo, my artistry is at the forefront of capturing your day. I pride myself on being very easy going and friendly, and I’ve been known to hit it off with wedding guests and parents alike. At the end of the day you want someone who is bringing good energy into the room, and I try to do that wherever work takes me.

And to give you a rapid fire picture of my life:

I’m a fan of cycle class, an icey aperol spritz, a *slightly* competitive game night with friends, traveling to new countries, finding the best coffee shops, developing film in the darkroom, busting a move on the dance floor (or grocery aisle, don’t judge me), stopping strangers on the street to pet their dogs, and executing the perfect parallel park during peak snow season.


FAQs

  • I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota near the iconic Spoonbridge and Cherry at the Walker Sculpture Garden! However, I was born and raised in Madison, WI so I love when a wedding brings me back to Wisconsin!

  • Every wedding day is different! Your package includes 8 hours of coverage, but my start and end time varies depending on your timeline. Generally I’ll arrive and start photographing when you’re getting dressed, and head out shortly after the dancing starts.

  • Please submit an inquiry through the site! From there I will follow up with you to discuss availability and answer any questions you might have. If you decide to book with me, a signed contract and $500 deposit is required to reserve the date.

  • A complimentary 15 image preview will be sent to you within 48 hours of your wedding day! Your full suite of images will be delivered within 40 days of your wedding on an online gallery, where you can easily download your photos and share with friends and family.

  • Yes, always. I bring a backup camera with my gear, and my main camera duplicates all of your photos to a second memory card during the day to create a backup. After the wedding your photos are backed up at my studio. I’ve never had an issue *knock on wood* but if life gets spicy on your day, I am prepared to handle it and deliver your photos as promised.

  • I do not, but I work closely with a couple other wonderful videographers who I would highly recommend! Please inquire further for their contact information.
